Account functionality has been restricted, how can i even contact them about this missunderstanding?

i was travelling to iran and i had to do an account recovery in steam support for forgetting password and since iran is heavily sanctioned, my message raised a flag and i got the messege

i fully understand that this isnt their fault and they had to do what they had to do, but im no longer staying in iran im back in the u.s and ive been going around steam support page and for the love of god i cant find a tab that can help me send a message regarding this lock... the say contact steam support once you reside in a non sanctioned country but how???? their steam support page literally has to place for me to send them a message regarding this particular issue.

any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
im using an alt account to post this because my main account cant post in here due to the lock.

In Steam support go to the Steam Guard section, this has a contact Steam Support option underneath it.

It may not be exactly right, but it'll enable you to start a conversation and if nothing else they should be able to point you to the right place.

US companies can not do business with Cuba, Myanmar, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

As for sanctions due to the war, Belarus and Russia.
