Fatal Error, Help Please

My game continuously crashes after a few minutes of gameplay. I got this message today:

"Fatal error
Exception type: Fatal error
Details:
Assertion Failure: Assertion
"m_renderDataMgr->GetGrid()-
>Contains (patchData.tilePos)' failed."

If this is a mod issue, how can I tell which mod is corrupted? Anything would be helpful and appreciated.

Ask in the game's forum/chatroom.
Disable all mods and if it still crashes try the "Validate game files" button.
If that still don't work, use more gun... Make a Steam Support ticket with the details.

But it could just be a network communication problem (like the remote file it was working on disappeared unexpectedly... perhaps due to it being Maintenance Tuesday).
If this still happens tomorrow make that ticket.
