how can i appeal a false in-game overwatch ban ?

i got two in-game overwatch ban at the same time , meaning i got temporally suspended as it says in the FAQ , from 14-30 days suspension the third ban will be permanent but what i am asking for is how can i appeal for these two bans that came at once

i only got notice for two bans not three this is what i am confused about now , and when entering the game it says the account is only frozen not banned as if it is a cooldown

Not sure what FAQ you are referencing, but it if it's this one:

You'll notice it says:
Can I appeal my Overwatch ban?
No.

the two are warnings the third is the red text on your profile
so you are banned and no appeal

what about the in-game cool down and asking me to buy the Prime status to unfreeze it ?

Nonsense, Prime does not allow you to circumvent cooldowns or bans.

The game ban is permanent.

that's the thing , the message pop up is to buy prime so i can reduce my freeze

stop pushing an agenda towards me , i haven't accuse Valve or anyone of that , i am simply asking about that , its that i had a prime status and all of the sudden its written in the upper mid global cooldown with a unfreeze/skills your ranked with prime , dont twist words , as you can read all my comments never said the word bribe

twisting words of others won't make any difference the facts are there

The screenshot is clearly talking about your RANK.
Not about your ban or cooldown.

You are the one twisting words.
