How to make a steam startup movie?

Is it possible? If not official then unofficial that I could load into my Deck.

Its possible and there is an official function for this. Hold the power button and select switch to desktop mode. Send and move the file to /home/deck/.steam/root/config/uioverrides/movies/. Switch back to gaming mode, go to settings > customization to select which one you want to use. You can download some on the interenet or make your own. If you dont have any of those file folders just create new one with correct name. Also it might need to be in webm format. Good luck and hope that helps!
