My refund for a game was rejected for 2 hours when I only have 115 minutes of playtime is there anything I can do?

When did you buy the game? Its 2 hours of playtime and max 14 days since purchase.
Both need to be fulfilled.

If you are sure you qualify for a refund, try a manual ticket.
Go to the Support page, select "Purchases", select the game in question, then choose "i have a question about this purchase".
That allows you to write a manual ticket to Steam Support.
Be polite and explain the situation and ask again for a refund that way, then wait for a reply.

thanks for the info. turns out it had been 13 days so I'm cutting it close. I opened a ticket

support denied it saying I had been vac banned when that never happened
