How to mute Steam voice chat in Parsec

Set echo cancelling to "New" in Parsec. Then edit config.json (which is in appdata/roaming) by dragging it into notepad and add this line:

		"echo_app_selection": {
			"value": "steamwebhelper.exe"
		}

You might have to add an extra comma or remove a , at the end of the final } depending on where you put it. Obviously apply this idea to any other programs you don't want people hearing.

Also the steam quote is properly formatted but the way it looks now it might not be right. Make sure to add the necessary spacing like the .json file

Replace "quote" with "code".
