I streamed a game from a friend's PC and every achievement he had automatically just unlocked on my account.

Is there any way I can relock those achievements?? I had a couple achievements from 2018 in that game when I first played it, but suddenly now I have like 80 of them and all of them were unlocked today at the exact same time. Can Steam support help me with this or am I just screwed?

^This or you can create an alt and share it to the alt.

Keep in mind that even if you lock them, it is likely they will unlock again, similar to when two people on the same PC both own the same game, this also occurs.

The alt workaround with a separate Windows login is safer.

Hopefully it shouldn't happen since the save file with everything unlocked is on his PC, not mine. I already own the game, I just haven't launched it since 2018.

When I asked years ago (had the same thing happen to me on LYNE) someone with more knowledge than me stated that this is due to the registry storing the achievements. In your case, I hope that is not the case, and it doesn't sound like it, so best of luck.
