My FB game account

Hello. I have a FB game account for operation new earth but as of today, its gone. How can I get it back? I tried to add it to my steam account but it just takes me to another region and makes me start from scratch. How do I find my original base account to put it on steam instead of fb?

hello do you know your bases account name including any numbers that come after the name? I hope so, I dont and so I cant add it to Steam. However yes they make you go back and start from scratch in another region. Complete the tutorial (base to level 4) and then use the regional transfer they gave you to transport the base to the region you prefer to be in. Then you write down the new name of the base which is a number. Contact Steam with the new number of the base AND the base you want to connect to Steam and Steam will link the two accounts together under your Steam account. Sign into Steam after the link is done (theyll email you when it is) and your account will then be on your Steam account.
