I bought a GTA V key for r* launcher, can i play it on steam with all the achievements and hours showed on my profile?

Rockstar Launcher keys cannot be redeemed on Steam. You must have a Steam license to use Steam features.

Yeah i know that, i meant if i can "import" the gta to steam so i can launch it from steam, i dont really care about hours or achievements i just want to know if i can start it from steam

You could add it as a non-Steam game, which is more like a shortcut within Steam.
It will not count as being owned on Steam or tracking playtime or achievements.

As a non-Steam game, yes. It's just a shortcut added to the library, of course without Steam functionality outside the overlay and controller setup (I think).
