Some games make my controller go crazy

So my controller's been serving me great for around 2 years now, used to play a lot of "Monster Hunter World", no problems, switched to "MH Rise" earlier this year.

Tried playing some "World" and my controller keeps spamming keys, the same thing happens if I try running "Planetside 2" or "Fear & Hunger". Since "Planetside 2" doesn't have controller support, it only fills up any text box I open while my controller's connected.

Any ideas to fix this? Like I said "MH Rise" works perfectly fine and it doesn't do anything outside of games, these 3 games are the problems ones I've noticed so far.

Is SteamInput enabled? If yes, try disabling it for a game to see if it makes a difference.
If it still happens, try opening joy.cpl to see if there is in fact something sending controller inputs.

turning of steaminput didnt do anything sadly, but yes there's a lot of inputs being sent to my controller the whole time steam's on.
Steam off, its peaceful, the second i turn steam on it gets SPAMMED constantly.
