Playing steam games remotely on tv without wifi
I want to be able to play steam games on my older tv that only has hdmi and other video ports. I also don’t want to have to move my pc between my desk and my tv.

Either you run a HDMI cable between your PC and your TV, or you stream over network. Those are your two possibilities. You can stream without WLAN indeed, I'm streaming over Ethernet. Before, I've been using PLC.

Is there something I could use to to mirror my pc onto and then plug into my tv?

Yes. That would be either an HDMI cable, or streaming over network.
Well, there is also wireless HDMI transmitters, those tend to be pricy though, last time I checked.

Something along the lines of an hdmi transmitter is exactly what I’m looking for. I did not know those exist. Thank you for the help.

I have decided to use a chrome cast device. It is portable and simple to set up.
