Try restarting Steam then, and if still no the devs might have messed something up. You might want to post in the game's hub so the devs can fix it.

Yes in the UK, which you did not include in your post so no one could have known. In the US where Valve is based it is still September 21.

It looks like the devs might have messed something up with the early access. So the devs are going to have to fix it before anyone can play.
