All others are a risk and if it doesn't work you need to get a refund from them or if they refuse then you need to do a chargeback as many will abuse regional pricing to resell game keys.
That's assuming the key isn't mislabeled or fraudulent either.

So it is possible that OP might have gotten a key from one of the two non-European regions. If OP is in Germany, they need a key for the 2nd one.
