most ppl have move to that ways to make guides today, most dont like blocks of tekst anymore as we seen from the past with DOS, you could say matter of how you learn, or like i have seen network books so boring, if it was not because i work with it, you will kill ppl for reading them.
i think i can still hear ppl running scraming away from them books.
and i think vids make a more easy way to see and follow whatever the topic is, a much softer way to learn.

Dont think there is a topic more a introduction.
we have small talk about it before, steam can be seen a rough start for new pc owner, try compair them with other online client, most other client dont even have 1/10 of the options.
Have you downloaded the Steam client? That's the only way to install and play games - you can't do that from the browser. First, download the client then install the game from the library. You can find the client here: https://store.steampowered.com/about/
