Game controler setting joystick mouse sensitivity default

By default (<- steam controller settings) , the joystick sensitivity for mouse, is always at 275%, i want it to be 100% by default.

Each time i need to use the joystick like mouse (both pc as well as steam deck) the sensibility is at 275% on any new game - > every time i need to change it to 100%

Is there a way to change this? So that i don't need to readjust each and every time i start a new game?
