keys is sticking

so, this is a recent development, my WASD keys stick, not the actual physical key, but ill press to move, and then it wont stop. im finding this with CStrike and then also Farthest Frontier, it will just keep scrolling. sticky keys are off, ive even tried remapping the keys, same thing, verifying game files, video drivers... any ideas here?? its extremely frustrating, and will often cause CStrike to crash and disconnect.
im running windows 11 on a brand new MSI, core i7 (9th gen, i think), geforce RTX 4050, 500GB SSD, 16G RAM...
