My profile name keeps changing back.
I keep trying to edit my profile name from Monsoon to Joji, but every time I check back after a couple minutes it changes back, I looked around a bit and saw someone mention something abt API keys (I had an old one from csgo lounge of all places and removed it, I'll update or close if it's fixed by tomorrow) any and all help is appreciated.

You need to not just clear the API key, but also go here:
https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
and select "Deauthorize all devices".
That will make sure that whoever had that API key on your account doesn't have a bot logged in as well.

In fact, you may want to do the full list of things to do to make sure your account is secure:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
