Steam download results in WiFi disconnecting

I'm having an issue where the WiFi on my computer disconnects for a period of time when downloading through Steam.

Start download > 2-5 Min at 200+ Mbps > WiFi Disconnects for 1-2 Min > Loops like that.

Any one know what might be wrong?

I have tried reinstalling Steam. This only disconnects the computer Wifi and doesn't happen when downloading on any thing else for instance BattleNet. I also have Linux Fedora dual booted and Steam causes no issues there.

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B650E-I
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7600X
OS: Windows 11 Pro

Sounds like either a terrible connection, or a crappy wifi adapter. Could also be a driver issue.

The fact it works under Fedora indicates a driver issue.

I'll try installing an earlier version of the network driver
