How do you delete Game data and the game from your steam account with out support bringing it back when you search games?

I would like to find away to remove the game so I can remove a lot of games from my account.

Without support bringing back the games as reminder that I can re-add them back to my library.

Simple answer, not possible.
Not even Steam Support can completely remove a game from your account.
The only option you have is the one on the Support page which is more of a advanced hiding feature.
The only way to get rid of game licenses linked to a account is to terminate the entire account which means you lose everything on it, including all games.
Dont think thats what you want.
