Ubisoft connect
I got the crew 2 on Ubisoft connect and when I press download it takes me to steam where it’s says failure no license

Well, this is not a Ubisoft forum, but you might try installing the latest UPlay client from their website. Maybe they are using a reduced client for their Steam games, and now you might be trying to download a UPlay game that's not on Steam with that Steam-only client.

Just speculation, of course.

Yeah well, you said "I got the crew 2 on Ubisoft connect ", so the assumption was that you have it on UPlay, but not on Steam.

yeah but when I try downloading it on ubisoft it takes me to steam
