Task manager power usage spikes when anything opens

as of 2 days ago 10/3/23, My PC has been showing signs of lag and a few freezes, when I tried to launch a game my computer blue-screened. When I open Task Manager everything that I open (including Task Manager itself) spikes the power and CPU usage. I've never had this issue before and I did a full scan using the Kaspersky Anti-Malware service assuming it was a virus, it detected a trojan that Kaspersky deleted. As of today I'm still having these issues ;(
