Problem with iDeal payments

I wonder if anyone else has problems with paying with iDeal? I have purchased Warhammer 40K two times now and both times the money got off my account but I only received an error mail. Yet I haven't got my money back.

I've had a similar problem. I bought a game twice, and both times, my money got off my account and I haven't received the game. Just make sure you contact the support and tell them your exact situation. They helped me very well!

weird. I've sent a ticket for one of the games. Seems i'm not the only one

Yeah it seems like there's an overall payment problem at the moment. Let's just hope, nobody gets scammed :D

Same here, payed twice but got an error message for the first one to try again in the browser. Support told me exactly the same thing and didn't help me at all. Blaming it on iDeal and not steam. I sent a follow up question and got ignored.

I've been having the same problem but have yet to receive and error notification, my bank has been charged twice because I straight up thought I had not paid yet after waiting for about 2 hours because that's what steam tells me to do. It has been about 4.5 hours since and I'm not feeling very confident in the fact that it'll go through on either side- be it a refund or a wallet deposit. It seems like steam is having a lot of issues today based on the outage sites so it could very well be that. Hopefully no one loses money because of this so fingers crossed.

Steam payment processor seems to have issues with iDeal every now and then. It's on their end, yeah, since iDeal works fine with GoG, Bol and Amazon. I just did payments on those three and it was without problem, where I had to go to Paypal for Steam.

Yup, same problem here. I was charged and payed with Ideal. Says on my bankaccount that the payment was charged to my debit account. Sent in a support ticket and got a reply asking me to buy the game again. Replied and showed proof of purchase and now waiting for the next reply. Wish there was a customer support chat service to help with these kinds of issues.

Same here. Stuck on pending. Done several iDeal payments today in different stores, no problem. Just here.

Not only Ideal , bought Baldurs Gate 3 today using Giropay, Money gone from my Bank Account and 3 Hours LAter a Mail telling me Something went wrong with your Purchase and a Link to try again to buy it and pay again, already wrote a Message to support i hope they answer fast .

They took my payment, but the purchase disappeared from purchase history and no game. Wtf!

Same issue except instead of buying a game i wanted to add wallet funds to my account, 10 euros got removed from my bank account, and after almost 3 hours the purchase was straight up removed from my purchase history.

Payment pending for more then 2 hours. Money got withdrawn from bankaccount. what a messy mess atm. Bleh. Wonder how long support will take.
