Cant download dota 2 HELP MEEEE

Hi guys i deleted dota 2 from my pc and im trying to download again but the download dont pass de 15% mark, i already tryed alot of things and nothing worked plz help me

List of things i tryed:
- updated windows to 11
- updated bios
- changed dns
- changed steam download server
- changed steam beta option
- removed the downloading folder of steam

Either you block it or things is in qurrantine , or disk is near full.


its still been seen as rare you have hard drve failur , but sense we are many steam user here 1+ billion steam user, then it look like few or many with it.

can you dl it to other disk or other spare pc, this is so you can see yes my main pc has a issue. yes you already know this, i bet, problem is we see many user think its steam issue.

Dota is well tested by many steam players, so chance that you have a steasm issue is slim.
its more you have a pc issue with it.

dont forget DL , something has never been a problem, even pc that dont have game requirement can do that, i mention this so you can see the logic in this.

use windows check disk , and repair steam library in the steam storage ,management is a well know thing in DOTA, i think guide was even made with it in the past with DOTA 1, and use validate game intergrity of files then you are done with the other 2 check and repair steam library.

I formated my pc and i have a 1tb ssd, i downloaded outhers games on steam and i dont have se same issue, what is DL ?

Feel free to clear Download cache or change steam server to other region, but it so rare steam content have a issue with a games devs and special Dota2

Have you ask DOTA 2 own forum, maybe thay know diffrent interference issue, but i dont know what that will be.


Dont forget you are on windows 11, we have seen that do odd stuff to game and win10 dont, and why you should ask own forum.

or ask game support though every game own support page per game.

You need valve game department to look at it, not here thats user help here and steam support is seen as client issue.

go through i need help with this game and ask whats is up here.

Ty for the help but i was having the same issue with the win 10, some people on facebook group says maybe its some issue of not original windows. i alredy tried change the download server and clean the cache
