Report a translation problem
Is it possible that it only limits steam? My internet speed tests all still give 130-140 Mb/s.
edit: It was not
Double trouble edit: My clock hit 11 pm and my download speed jumped to 160 Mb/s. Guess it was some weird safety mechanism for busy hours.
Even if it's been around for like 2 decades the internet still does not like it.
Steam itself does not throttle downloads.
