what happens to a steam game that you refunt

so i bought riders republic and i put it in the wrong ubisoft acout if i refund it and rebuy it will all of the accout link go?

No. The original copy would be restored including the link. You will have to talk with Ubisoft to see if the game can be linked to another Ubisoft account.

It should. If you refund a game and then purchase it again, it'll just resume where it left off. Although, I don't really understand your question. If you make the decision to refund a game, essentially, removing it from your account, why would you ever re-buy it? You decided to get rid of it and now you're asking to get it back?
