Slow downloading

I have a problem with the download speed being much lower than the speed of my internet, I was looking for something on the internet and on Steam, but nothing helped, I changed the region, changed the priority of Steam in the task manager, I also checked if any applications were slowing down download, but unfortunately nothing worked. Only changing the region increased the speed from 800kbps to 1.5mbps, I checked the download speed on the website and it is around 10mbps. I'm begging someone to help

Well what is your connection speed?

Also do you have "throttle while steaming" enabled?

Some SSDs have configurations that seem to work pretty slow in conjunction with Steam so that can be something to look into too.
