Automated content Check taking more than 6hours.
About 7 hours ago I uploaded a Starbound workshop item as a test (was still being worked on).
It still hasn't been approved by the automated content check system.
All links in the description are links to other starbound items of the workshop.

So, curious, I tried at the time uploading again. Wouldn't let me update the same workshop item. So I did it as a duplicate. Same thing, stuck in automated content check limbo.

Now, 7 hours later, after a nap and some polishing of the item, still can't update description or update the item itself with latest changes (like removing a f-word from the thumbnail, in case it was that).
I upload it as a third item. It gets stuck in automated content check limbo.

Can we agree that if fixing a typo or updating a mod basically takes it down from the workshop for hours at the time, it kinda defeats the practicality of the steam workshop when it comes to user-accessible modding?

If it is stuck in analysis for 24 hours, contact support.

Same here.
Jeez, I edit a single number (the date of the last update) in the head of my topic and now the topic's been gone for 6 hours already.
So much for "AUTOMATED content check system", unless steam uses processors from the 1980ies.

Only 6 hours? I have one from when the Remote Play Fest began on the 12th still stuck after it was stuck for 4 hours originally and I made a simple edit to change the number 2 to 3.

Enjoy the wait. Since I made this post 6 months ago, at times some simple typo updates took 48hours to be checked...

I swear, steam is one of, if not the most "I don't give a f*** about users' comfort" sites that I know of.
22 hours, still waiting...

Now that's unfair. I'd take steam over basically any other gamestore&launcher when it comes to users' comfort

I'm having the same problem with one of my ships for Space Engineers. I recently uploaded it on the 4th of May, but after updating the description and adding a few images, it's not stuck in the Automated Content Check System. I've waited for a while but now the darn thing won't approve my creation. I've tried everything but nothing seems to be working. I even tried contacting support but support wasn't much help. I don't even know if I'm doing it right, but at this point, it's making me incredibly frustrated. What is going on with the system?!
