Is the ticket still open? If yes, DO NOT CLOSE IT!
If the ticket is still present and open, do this instead:
Steam Support --> A Purchase --> Select Baldur's Gate 3 Purchase --> I have a question ...
State your case as elaborate as possible.
seems like my older ticket has been closed, replaced with new one. what should i do?( there are two tickets, one closed one open and newly made)
I just checked. Still there.
Open the closed ticket, see if there is an reply by Steam Support regarding as to why they closed it. If there is no reply, then you closed it and eliminated your chance at getting a refund.
thank you for the helpful reply
i just checked again,and
1. there is no reply from steam, but there is a message from myself saying " no description provided". probably this is why they are not responding to my request( because there is no description)
2. i still cannot find i have a guestion menu. maybe because i already requested refund? i don't know for sure
3. it seems like no one else closed the ticket, because there is no reply from steam. so maybe i should assume that i myself closed it when i made second ticket? i am not sure..
this is so frustrating cuz i already purchased ps5 soley to play this game . spent too much money,even without refund! anyway thank you so much for the comment again
3. Yeah, looks like you closed it. Which is bad. You are now outside the requirements of a refund. You own the game longer than 14 days. Which means Steam Support could simply say no. You can still try to ask using the way i described, but expect a no.
thanks again! I did miss that it is "purchase"menu, not the game. I found "I have a question" and wrote about all of this. it seems like there is not much hope as you said, but at least i can try. thanks a million!! best luck with your kind soul
