is it possible to get steam transaction id from bank?

i want to make proof of transaction i didn't make, but steam only receive steam transaction id for proof, and i can't get that transaction id.

im going to contact bank on monday, would be happy if i can get guaranteed answer from community, than doing non sense thing

And technicaly whats going on between bank and steam is seen as privat business transaction, just like any other company in the world, im not sure we are allowed to talk or should post about it, if we even mean well, its can be seen as a security issue even depend on the subject, i will not even post about it

its not a secret , its a privat dialog 2 company has, we dont belong there as user. and here could have consequence for you, you need to talk with support only. not in this user forum.

There's a support category named "a purchase I didn't make". Pick that!

yes i chose that one. and hope they still can recover it, since its happen not on my own account :(

Did they ask you for this information, or are you assuming you need to supply it?

They'll see the transaction wasn't on your Steam account, they'll also probably have the IP address that made the transaction (for what that's worth). So really wait and see what they say.

Did they ask you for this information, or are you assuming you need to supply it?

They'll see the transaction wasn't on your Steam account, they'll also probably have the IP address that made the transaction (for what that's worth). So really wait and see what they say.
