Steampunk / Victorian Era STEALTH - FPS - RPG

Greetings,

As the title suggests, I am looking for some games of the specific genre. I find Steampunk / Victorian Era games quite fascinating and so I am looking for more. Stealth games are welcome also in addition to my tags.
Examples are:
Bioshock Infinite, Thief series, Dishonored series, Sinking City, Call of Cthulhu, Styx, Sherlock Holmes series, Vampyr, Frostpunk (I do like Frostpunk vibes and the whole game, I will be getting FP2 but I'm not currently looking for another city-builder).

I want something closer to Dishonored more than the rest to be honest but all is welcome.
Anything you have, please throw in the comments.

Bioshock is mean to be 1960s style not Victorian.

Maybe Lies of P or Steelrising could fit the bill. Both games take place in France in similar eras. They're not citybuilders and they're action-oriented like Dishonored; albeit, they're soulslike and in third-person perspective. And while you can use stealth, it's not either game's focus.

I have a review for the latter if you care to check it out -- https://steamcommunity.com/id/Jas08/recommended/1283400/. It's still a decent game despite my negative review of it which mainly stems from technical / performance issues and fairly easy gameplay. It's cheaper than Lies of P.

None of the games listed are (except maybe Frostpunk, but I've never played that). Seems more like a sci-fi/fantastique alternate history vibe is what they're after.

Only one I can think off of the top of my head is Atomic Heart.
