So I live in a different country and my brother and I used to have the same account to play paid games like Fifa when we were living together
Will I be able to play EA FC if my brother purchases it in my home country?

I think he may have to use the 'share library' option instead of you using the same one account, to avoid different region issues, that'd do.

Another option is sharing the EA App account which personally I don't know if it hace problems with different regions.

No, EA games cannot be family library shared because they require the EA app to work which requires a separate EA account on which the license is bound.

Most digital entertainment platforms specifically prohibit the sharing of accounts (Steam definitely does) and will usually suspend the account if it's detected.

You'll need to read EA's terms of service to determine if it's allowed. I doubt it is.
