Need to get in touch with Steam customer support regarding CD keys

Hi,

So, I bought SPORE and all of its expansions recently. I have to create a SPORE account in order to access the Sporopedia and other user creations and tried to do so with little success. After a bit of digging, I found some excellent user guides in Steam community on how to do so. What I need to do is to redeem my CD keys in the EA app to be able to connect to EA's servers. Problem is, Steam doesn't show any CD keys when I want to check for them and even regedit only shows %CDkey% where the value of the CD key should be. I've read that this might be the case for copies bought after 2021 and the solution for that was to get in touch with Steam's customer support either via ticket or e-mail, verify my purchase and they would provide me with a CD key. I went to SPORE's Steam support page, clicked on the option regarding CD keys and all I got was a short text that I already own this game and Steam has no responsibility beyond that point. There's no option to open a ticket for this issue and I couldn't find any e-mail address where I could get in contact with customer support. I understand that most issues that they get could be resolved with a bit of research from the user's side, but I feel like I've done everything I could and there's really no other way for me to get an exact registration key. Is there any way to request this information from Steam? Thanks in advance!

The guide says you should NOT contact Steam Support, you should contact EA.
