Never heard of this tool but i dare say the new Steam downloads manager controls the default Library when it has a Star on it.
Most games incorperate MP and SP saves in the same directory and only activates them when the player chooses MP or SP.

Then if you want, you can specify a name for the libraries, so you see e.g. "Multiplayer"/ "Singleplayer", rather than "Local Drive (C:)" / "Local Drive (C:)" etc.
Select the library in the Storage Manager > [...] > Rename Library
still not working i used wordpad this is how thw file works could you correct it? I named the file steam games
