Can I get my stolen Unusual Troublemaker's Tossle Cap back? And how?

Someone friended me on steam. I was selling my Disco Beat Down Unusual Troublemaker's Tossle Cap on the market and I thought they were making a trade request. I didn't accept their friend request, but somehow they got on my friends list. At the time I thought I might of accidentally clicked something. Anyways the person sent me a link and told me to check it. It looked like a harmless link (DO NOT CLICK: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Unusual%20Troublemaker%27s%20Tossle%20Cap)
After I clicked on it, my tossle cap was gone! I think it was a phishing link. I immediately changed my password. Is it possible for steam support to get the tossle cap back? My cap is still in the inventory of the person who friended me, and I have screenshot proof that the person stole the cap from me.

Oh and I still remained friends with the person for future evidence, and the person is still sending me phishing links...

That link looks fine, you must have gotten phished with a different one and likely entered your login details on a fake site, that's how they got on your friends list.
Run virus and malware scans, after that change your Steam password and your email password.
Also contact Steam support and for future reference do not post links that you believe to be suspicious.

That link isn't a phishing link (atleast it doesn't look like one - I haven't clicked it) to me.. it looks like the official steam community website.. very strange.

Yeah, I just checked and it's definitely the same URL as the market listing for that item unless it redirects to a different page somehow after clicking.
