Due to the Steam community having extremely high data traffic errors such as this do commonly occur. Try using Steam in a web browser for the time being. The problem will resolve itself over time as it’s most likely an issue at valves end. Hope this helps.

Yeah I've had that for a few days now, even when the rest of Steam is working, hopefully will be fixed on the main Steam client sometime soon

Got the same problem. There is an error whenever i try to view trade offers and it won't show the trade offers. Still have 9 new trade offers on my notification. How can i fix it?? HELP!!!

I have 65 trade offers pending and I can't access them on browser or client - this completely defeats the purpose of bothering to invest any time trying to trade.
