Hey have you found out how to fix it??
Removal clean-up:

'Control Panel' > 'Programs and Features' or 'Uninstall a Program'

Uninstall the follow if found (they are normally bundled in the infection):

AllDaySavings, Video-media-player-Air, Cinema-Plus-1.2, Sm8mS, Discount Cow, V-bates, PriceMeter, Supra Savings, Network System Driver, FreeSoftToday, Browser Appe_1.2, Re-Markable, Zombie Alert, Wajam, Coupon Server, Lollipop, HD-Total-Plus, BlockAndSurf, Safe Saver, SupTab, WebenexpV1, Lollipop, Software Updated Version, DP1815, Video Player, Convert Files for Free, Plus-HD 1.3, BetterSurf, MediaPlayerV1, PassShow, LyricsBuddy-1, PureLeads, Media Player 1.1, RRSavings, Fraveen, Websteroids, Savings Bull, TidyNetwork, Search Snacks, MediaBuzzV11, and Re-markit.

Web-browsers:

Go to the web-browsers you use, and under it's settings 'Reset Defaults' or 'Delete Personal Settings'. Also, check the 'Add-ons' or 'Extensions' for 'AllDaySavings' and similar plugins to remove.

MalwareBytes, Kaspersky, Hitman Pro, AdwCleaner, Spybot, or similar trusted malware tool should remove the rest successfully. It might find infection files to remove such as: bot (3).exe, cd.exe, flv-player.exe, re-markable_2040-2083.exe, kl.exe, etc.
Well I did actually explain that it persisted AFTER uninstalling from the control panel. Malwarebytes worked great for me when I couldn't uninstall or find it in Extensions.
Yeah it's said to hang around and bring in other apps/malware. Uninstalling is just a cleaner way of getting rid of some of it, before a malware program mops up the rest. Just so your aware of them. However, sounds like your already on top of it all.
It' getting me too, It is quite an annoyance
Just try to remove all traces of the files for this virus. Use regedit to delete the registry files for it, make sure to see if it is in your startup applications (if so untick/remove it), check your task mananger for the application the right click on it and click open file location and delete everything relating to it, and search for it through file explorer or my computer and delete all traces. Tends to work for me xD and do virus scans and stuff like that obviously.
