Why not just trade directly, why do people need to use the middle man?!
WHY?!
I would say the Community Market is the safest, if it's about Steam Wallet, anything else it at your own risk, if you decide to trade outside the Trade Window
Everything has to be done within one single trde window in one transaction otherwise you will not receive any support should something go wrong .
It's no more safe than doing it directly with the other person. What's to stop them taking your items, their money and running off with BOTH of them? How do you know that the middleman isn't a friend of the other trader or knows them or isn't paying attention.
If you trade outside of the normal trading system, you do it on your own risk and no, anyone could be 'dodgy'.
