Steam account hacked with no notifications form the mobile app.

(apology for bad english) ok so first i was playing some games on my otehr consoles then i hear a notification on my phone, saying that semone is trying to sell my EZ4ENCE cs-go disc. i immediatelly refuse then go on my pc. i see that i have all my skins and money missing. so i change my password and everything. i go on the steam app to check for missed notifications and the steam mobile app is in japonese? i change it back to french, but can't load the notifications? it was not working so i just re install steam guard and everything but when i go back to teh history there is nothing? just in my email that i never check saying "Thanks for selling in the market place!" and the "hacker" purchased to an account named "67xglllli" (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199380778084) tryed to notify the steam support, but nothing. i think they don't even care that i just lost 200$. so i think the community will help me please? (just to notify i got hack my epic games 2 months ago the exact same way)
