There is no magic money trick. It's a store, not a charity. If you don't have enough to sell and don't have enough money to spend you'll have to accept not being able to buy what you want.

you can play games like team fortress or cs:go they drop items sometimes and by selling them some extra cash is guaranteed!

Steam wallet funds will always stem from a real money source. It doesn't magically appear. You cannot get free money even in wallet fund form.

If you still have card drops available for certain games, play those and get the card drops and then sell the trading cards. If you get lucky and get a foil you can sell those for almost half a dollar. Though whether or not people will buy them sometimes depends on how popular the game is.
