many forget DLC's or extra or patch in top of this, worst patch is seen as you just installed it and then it DL full patch to fix all the change there was not there in the installlation.
the boot OS disk is seen as system also need temporay work space,
and many forget document and on the desktop files can take space away. most windows user know this, but we dont talk avout it.
this is know as windows user learn this have enough free space for windows update to steam client update and even games devs up.
this can be seen as 500gb to 1TB is nothing depend who you talk with and what game.
some games has past 1TB with dlc's and mod's.
most dont need a explanation of this. pc has done this sense windows was made it was just lesser in size backthen , but same issue, and it dont help then game is 100gb today that mean 500gb just to be sure there is enough free room doing installation.
and many forget disk work faster then not use last 200gb even even that is a performance issue.
