Add a Game + [Archived]
The button is missing or can't find it on Steam mobile. Does that mean a cannot redeem unless on desktop.

You cannot redeem keys on the mobile app, thats correct.
Have to use a browser or the desktop client.
You can use a browser on your phone though and redeem keys on the Steam website.

The button is in the Steam client. Since the mobile app isn't the Steam client, that particular button obviously isn't there.
