How do i enable a startup screen for big picture mode

You enable it in the settings inside BPM.

Bottom left corner > Menu > Customization.

Big Picture Mode.

Click on the BPM icon just to the left of the minimize button in the top right corner of the client.

Inside BPM, bottom left corner > Menu > Customization.
