Do you have flickering in Steam client with Nvidia GPU?
Like shown on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkqDFAwuO-c
Apparently this is happening only in Steam client but not in Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
It seems my current Steam profile animated background makes it even worse.
You can open my Steam profile and launch "12345" test video and see if Steam interface will flicker.
Appreciate any feedback.

Turn off GPU acceleration in the Client setting under Interface. Also, update your GPU drivers.

Tried that. Disabling GPU acceleration only reduce these glitches but not eliminate them completely. Latest driver already installed. A friend of mine had same issue but he roll back driver to one of the previous version and problem gone (as he says), but for some reason issue remain in my case (DDU was used during driver reinstall). We have same monitors but different Nvidia card models.

Look more like a Nvidia card thats been cooked in OC and now has performance issue.
thats not flicker in the term as sunflicker or seen as slicard issue thats not enable or in quliaty mode then game require more in to high settings. and sense you dont mention all of this, i doubt any can help you, try Nvidia support maybe they can see things we others cant.

Could you tell what driver version do you use at the moment? Thank you.
There is a new nvidia update, last one caused problems for multi monitors. If you have the last one, try updating.

Thanks for your reply. I tried latest hotfix + few previous drivers from 520 and 490 branch. No dice.

I had similar problem on linux. Idk about windows

This is how I fixed it:
  1. Go to /usr/share/applications
  2. Open steam.desktop (needs superuser)
  3. Find lines:
    PrefersNonDefaultGPU=true X-KDE-RunOnDiscreteGpu=true
  4. Change values to
    false
Assuming you have two gpu-s (one discrete nvidia, other one integrated graphics card), this should make Steam run using you integrated card, instead of nvidia. You will probably need to restart your machine in order for changes to take effect (or just relog)
