Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 ( FPS FIX )

Recently I've had bad stutters and fps drops when playing custom maps on zombies. Normally running around 300 fps but for some reason will drop to below 60 and back up out of nowhere when playing.

Tried a few things and stuff suggested on youtube but nothing really worked. I've messed about with some settings and these seem to have stopped my issue for now not sure if it'll be the same for you.

3) Have steam open, go into game installation folder and just run bo3 as admin from there and it should auto open bo3 through steam
4) when you get in game set your fps max to 0 (might have to do this every map you load into)

If it helps you or you have any other settings to help with the issue do comment them.
(The fps issue only seemed to occur after a recent nvidia/steam update...)

So is black ops 3 broken because yea my frame rate goes from 140 to 30 it’s strange
