dota2 banned me for no reason

this is a new account, i haven't played dota2 for a month and uninstalled it on my pc, i didn't install any 3rd party or cheats and suddenly i got an alert that my dota2 game is banned. please help me reach the dota2 team support and valve to fix this bug.. thank you.

Sounds like a smurfing ban.

If you have another account you have played dota on, this account got flagged for smurfing.
Smurfing is a ban able offense in Dota.

but i'm not smurfing in dota2. im not even playing it anymore. how come they ban inactive in dota2 accounts.

If you booted up dota on the second account even once that is enough reason to ban you for smurfing.

Any Game bans for Valve owned and operated games such as Dota, CSGO, TF2, and Left 4 Dead are permanent.
