Uninstalled game deleted 69 GB off of my hard drives maximum storage

I uninstalled titanfall 2 with the new steam manager, however after i did that, instead of uninstalling the game and freeing up space on my hard drive, it uninstalled the game and now my 1 tb hard drive says it has a maximum capacity of 931 GB????? How do i get that storage space back?

931GB space free is the amount of free space on a 1tb drive.
