The account must keep playing, get commends in game, don't get reported, don't get muted and after some time, the Trust will increase.

if you want to raise your trust, play the game, its not a fast process. and take anything people post as a way to quickly raise your trust factor with a mountain of salt. other players saying your "trustworthy" is not going to raise it, valve wasn't that stupid.
Because people are being reported for cheating, griefing, boosting, toxic voice and/or chat, kicking too many people or being kicked too many times.
Valve only suspended Overwatch until CS2 releases. VACnet is still doing the Game bans and VAC is doing the VAC bans.
