My laptop with all my steam games has broken screen beyond repair. Is there a way to sign into it so I can transfer my games to my new PC?
Was wondering if there was a possible way to transfer those games, because the screen is unusable and I cannot sign into steam or connect to Wifi because it's broken screen. please help :(

Your games are not tied to your laptop. All you need to do is sign in to Steam on your new PC and you can redownload the games to the new PC. If it's a bandwidth, transfer rate issue that you're trying to avoid, you could remove the hard drive from the laptop and connect it as an external drive with the correct enclosure, and then transfer the files to the new PC that way. Otherwise it's far easier just to use Steam on the new PC to download the games.

You can plug that laptop into a separate monitor and use it like a desktop.

Yeah, an external screen is the best idea for a first shot. If that doesn't work, open the laptop, extract the SSD and transfer the games this way.

To keep using the laptop connect to an External display

All your games are permanently linked to your account. You can access them on any system that is logged into your account
