trusted status issue

My account was made back in 2015 and I loaded and spent 10 usd on this account. Given that it's been a long time since the last time i logged into it but still I have it meet all the requirements to have trust status and here i am unable to do anything in game(lost ark). What in the world is happening here?

Posting on the game forum might help. There's thousands of games on Steam, Lost Ark being only one. Whatever this game's devs consider trustworthy, is highly game-specific.

Lost Ark has its own Trusted Status for their game...
