Entropy Zero Uprising Mod

Can someone point me to step-by-step instructions to access and load this mod? I'm barely computer literate and don't understand the brief instructions found in the Half Life forum but can follow a ♥♥♥♥ and Jane type guide to load it.

Make sure you use the program 7zip to extract the files.

Hello ı need help ı make the entropy zero uprising this mod relase in steam but you need the install the entropy zero but thereis something in the game thats the problem someone join group and fix this problem but this mod is not my own make but ı relase with entropy zero 2 animations and there is a voice problem becuse we use the hunt down the freeman Mp5ssd gun but dont worry ı relase mod but someone fix or say this problem answer
